The Spa at Rock Barn

We have an amazing experience every time we come! The front desk staff make everything easy (scheduling, checking in and out), and all other staff make transitioning to different areas seamless. The locker rooms have everything you need (robes, sandals, curling iron, hair dryer, soap, shampoo/conditioner, brush, toothbrush, hair ties, razors, etc.), and the lounge area where you wait for services is calming and has flavored water while you wait. In the hydrotherapy area, staff are ready to take your food and drink orders, and bring around samples (smoothies, fruit, tea, trail mix). You can have your drinks and snacks while in the water, which is so relaxing. It has never been crowded for us, it's easy to find a quiet spot, and some areas have privacy curtains around the lounge chairs. There is a hot tub in and outside, as well as a pool, cold plunge, and separate small pools with waterfalls. We always get a spa package, which includes 2 drinks, lunch (you can choose from a full menu), access to hydrotherapy, various services, and chocolate covered strawberries. We have had pedicures, swedish massages, facials, and deep tissue massages here, but the deep tissue has definitely been our favorite. The price is well worth a day for me and my husband to come and get away from work/parenting once or twice a year!

Thank you Rockbarn Spa for a wonderful birthday!! I appreciate ALL the kindness from the entire staff. You guys were booked solid due to a tournament and you managed to fit little ole me in. Telly, Rebekah, and Lidia a special thank you to each of you for your efforts. The front desk staff, floor staff, cafe staff, housekeeping staff... Everyone was so kind!! The level of customer service provided is worth every penny. I was able to to reflect, journal, be present, and just relax. Forever grateful for this moment and experience. I choose to enjoy the Queen for the day spa package on my birthday, last Monday at this spa, versus my usual Wrightsville Beach vacation trip 😎 and at the end of my day, I knew I made a great choice. My day was delightful, the service exceeded my expectations. The staff was attentive, the amenities were exceptional, waterfall, heated pool, salt room, and I had the best massage and foot scrub my their experienced massage therapist Donnie..the food was delicious, i could rave all day long about the wonderful time i had..best money spent in a long time, it was worth every penny. Please go visit this place, you'll enjoy your time.

It had been a while between visits, & I could not have been more impressed with the staff this time. They made the day fantastic. Ashley was a delight during my pedicure, the poolside chair massage was a much-needed & unexpected treat, and the very friendly employees kept bringing snacks and checking in throughout the day. Any spa day is pricey, but the added touches since my last visit and very friendly service made it well worth the expense in my opinion.

We had a time last week! Three girlfriends and I went to RB for a girls' day and have already decided it's gonna be our thing quarterly. Even though it's not new and shiny, it makes up for it in service. We were waited on hand and foot all day long. From checking in and being offered mimosas to our super friendly spa attendant-Sue, showing us around and getting us set up. All day were were being offered samples of this and that. And then lunch was delightful. My massage by Johnny was amazing. And to close the day out, we got chocolate covered strawberries!! Wow! Chef's kiss! Didn't expect them to be so good! You must try this gem and don't let the looks fool ya. See you in the Spring RB!
